This isn’t just a support group.

What Is the BOSSUP EMPOWERMENT VILLAGE?

The BOSSUP EMPOWERMENT VILLAGE is a weekly virtual space where caregivers come together to learn, heal, connect, and grow. Whether you’re raising a child with an IEP, navigating a 504 Plan, advocating for equitable learning opportunities, or simply looking for encouragement—this space was built with YOU in mind.

Every week, we bring together:

• Real Talk: Honest, judgment-free discussions about what families are experiencing
• Tools & Strategies: Advocacy resources, mental wellness practices, and educational tips
• Featured Resources: Community partners, nonprofit organizations, and local businesses that support family success
• Emotional Support: A space to breathe, reflect, and be reminded that you are not alone

Why We Created the Village

Caregiving can be overwhelming—especially when it feels like you’re doing it alone. We created this initiative because too many families are navigating complicated school systems, emotional stress, and advocacy battles without the tools, language, or support they deserve.
