Our Story & Mission

Boss4Education was founded by Tia B. Kline, a seasoned professional in learning and development, coaching, and motivational speaking. With a passion for empowering others, Tia has spent years supporting youth and families in a variety of instructional settings. As the founder of STEP Learning Services LTD in Cleveland, Ohio, she has served as both the Chief Learning Strategist and Learning Enhancement Specialist, working with individuals to improve academic performance. Tia also leads EQUIPPED4LIFENOW, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting scholastic achievement and personal growth for youth. This extensive experience has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the challenges families face within the educational system.

Building on this wealth of knowledge, Tia launched Boss4Education to provide families with the guidance they need to take control of their children's learning journeys. Through a combination of academic direction and mental wellness strategies, we equip parents, guardians, and caregivers with the skills and confidence to be effective champions for their children. Our mission is to help families become the Chief Education Officer (CEO) of their children's education, fostering a partnership that empowers students to thrive.
